What can be said about Doja Cat? Inspirational, young, hip, sexy and beautiful. While surfing the web I ran across this amazing music video. One huge artistic expression I liked was the portraiture in the video.
I remember seeing a portrait by Raphael "Young Women With Unicorn" and thinking how beautiful the background of the painting was. Of course I also fell in love with the miniature unicorn. And while I was watching Doja Cat I felt the same sense of wonder between Raphael's portrait and the portrait of Doja Cat in the video. The difference is that in the digital age the background can be replaced by green screen images. Much like how I make my own portraits, in face Doja Car is a huge spark for me to start working on backgrounds in portraiture. IN addition I love the nod to the Microsoft desktop background, this image lives on in the hearts and minds of artist <3
The other amazing aspect of the music video is the use of huge breasts. Gay, straight, man or women we can all attest to the beauty of the bosoms. Now I remember seeing portraits of some very fine rococo era women. With huge costumes and breasts presenting themselves over their corset. On display and a testament to the wonder of women.
"Bitch, I'm a cow (yeah)
Bitch, I'm a cow
Old McDonald had a farm
I give him a titty tryna keep him calm
I'm just tryna turn up in the country
I ain't in the city 'cause they ain't got lawns"
